The penultimate weekend of the 2018 season saw action on Saturday and Sunday with another successful renewal of the Single Wicket and a defeat for our Sunday XI.

On Saturday, Jake Quinney became the new name and champion on the S G Ivens Single Wicket Trophy, with a useful all round performance culminating with a victory over Callum Hanks in the Final.

Then on Sunday, we made the short trip into Rugby to face Oakfield & Rowland United where we suffered a narrow 13 run loss where for all intents and purposes a victory looked on the cards.
