Success also on Sunday as Willoughby's Sunday XI took the honours over Heckley.

Batting first, the visitors were bowled out for 159. Skipper Ashley Rayner taking four wickets with another product of the Willoughby junior ranks, Alex Proudman impressing with the ball.

In reply, Willoughby got to their target with three wickets in hand. More up and coming batsmen/all-rounders in the shape of Cameron Sutton and David Jakeman enjoyed time in the middle, but it was Rayner with 33 not out (for a total of 600+ runs on a Sunday at an average of 151!) and latterly Proudman who steered the hosts to success to complete a satisfying winning weekend and close to Willoughby's 2009 endeavours.
