Willoughby CC had a surprise visitor at The Green yesterday morning (Sunday) – a visit from a treasure hunting reporter from BBC Coventry and Warwickshire Radio.

As part of their Sunday morning Gold and Treasure feature, their roving reporter Lucy Hawkins correctly worked out one of the clues - the third of five - which led her to The Green where she was met by our club secretary and Kwik Cricket coordinator, Matt Goss.

The radio station had been in contact earlier in the week to ask if we would like to be involved, and we duly agreed.

Having spoken briefly to Matt on air, Lucy also had to complete a short challenge which we set. Matt then read out her next clue to solve live on air before Lucy headed off to try and complete her next clue.
