Two wins and a defeat from our three games.

On Saturday, the 1st XI had the misfortune to face the express pace of Silverstone Cricket Club’s ex-Worcestershire pro Graeme Cessford as the home side won by 96 runs; the latter literally skittling the batting by taking 9 for 24!

A bit of info on the aforementioned Cessford can be found here

At The Green, it was a tale of two centuries but thankfully for us it was Kamesh Ganti’s unbeaten 110 which proved decisive in the Saturday 2nd XI’s five wicket win over Braunston Paddox Cricket Club A.

Onto yesterday/Sunday and Father’s Day which saw our Sunday XI complete a useful seven wicket victory at Bourton & Frankton
